STEP PUMP DESCRIPTION:
30 minutes of Aerobics, 25 Minutes of toning and 4 Minutes of Stretching. I designed this workout to burn fat and sculpt the body effectively in the shortest amount of time. There is also a unique element to this workout that I call the Spiritual Warm-Up. It is purely optional so that it is only a part of the workout if you choose it from the Menu. It consists of 4 different 3 minute Biblically based segments on Hope, Self-Discipline, Emotional and Spiritual Health and Physical Health. Studies show that those who are most successful at achieving fitness and weight-loss goals address their thinking and attitude towards themselves, food and exercise so this DVD was developed to support people in their efforts to have a long-term healthy lifestyle.
Video Description
STEP: A 30 minute fast paced Step segment that offers basic modifications for the beginner as well as advanced options for the seasoned stepper. The Step segment is all about having fun while getting fit and challenging your brain in the process.
PUMP: A 25 minute toning and sculpting segment which includes abs. I combine exercises so that you work multiple muscle groups at the same time and tone your body from top to bottom in only 25 minutes. WOW!
STRETCH: 4 minutes of relaxing stretches.
(Optional) SPIRITUAL WARM-UP: If you choose, you can start your workout with one of 4 different 3 minute segments; Emotional & Spiritual Health, Self-Control, Physical Health, or Hope. In these segments, we will briefly focus on God’s truth which will transform us from the inside out and help remove the roadblocks that often keep us from reaching our fitness goals.
