Who's next, Where will we go???????  Congratulations Elizabeth!  Presentation of Elizabeth Vos’ scholarship on Dec 18 on Ft Hood TX. I contacted First Sgt Jones of HHC 1 FTB 1 BCT 4th ID Ft Hood (her husbands unit) and asked if there was a way we could present the award to her in front of the unit as a Christmas surprise. First Sgt Jones invited me to the Battalion Christmas Party after putting me in contact w/ Sgt Schaeffer to co-ordinate it.
At 6:30 I was invited to come to the front of the room and introduce OLT then ask Ms Vos to come forward. I told her we had a sponsor for her education and she would be able to begin her M-Tec courses in January.
We were also able to present her with a basket of gifts provided by a bunch of our advertisers who were all military spouses or prior military themselves (Kathy Simmons Melaleuca; Affordable Mineral Makeup Janelle Saffron Army Dependant; Rock Mama Punk Baby Jessica Hentze navy spouse; Dream Caps Retired Navy Jim Ramey and Books for Brats Daddy You’re My Hero by Michelle ).

Through kind donations from corporate companies, we are PROUD to announce that TEN War Wounded or Fallen Soldier families will benefit from a wonderful pilot program. Corporation's are offering a opportunity for the family members to own their own Travel Website business at absolutely “no cost” to the family ever! $100% of commissions made go to directly to the family recipient, no hosting or domain fees. The family will receive full technical support access at all times to help them succeed.
The website offers many other wonderful things such as honeymoon packages and registry, flowers, event & concert tickets, special golf packages, cruises, insurance and much more, with internationally recognized partners.
The corporation sponsoring this wonderful program is a family owned corporation that was inspired to offer this opportunity by their grandson a Marine who recently returned from Iraq and wanted to do something that would help these very special families.
The Corporation wishes nothing in return, no publicity, nothing, only to help. They also will keep the participating families totally anonymous by name and in every way.
This pilot program is totally and completely separate from the Corporations own business model and has been created and dedicated to the War Wounded and Fallen Soldier Families.
